Please Don't Hug Me is written, produced and presented by TV writer, comedian and Sabotage Times columnist, Daniel Ruiz Tizon, a man who spent the nineties convinced he was one half of Tears For Fears.
Daniel is joined on each show by regular contributors Fat Man on a Couch Stuart Armstrong, writer and comedienne Roisin Rae and occasionally comedienne Fiona Hardingham.

Double Fat Man on a Couch this week with Stuart Armstrong discussing his issues with the sun and eating in front of mirrors; Mr John Rain makes his PDHM debut with a look at the Royal Wedding; and Daniel pits his not descending from the upper deck of a bus until the last moment possible Good Look up against Richard Price's walking around with his attractive children; there's regular favourite Toilet Bingo - can surprise winner Zoomeister hang onto his title? And a new feature, "In Bed with My Dad" in which Daniel talks about, well, sharing a bed with his Dad for two years at the tail end of the 80s. All this and more.

The show without a home returns with Daniel Ruiz Tizon at the helm a la Roland Orzabal circa 1993.
This week writer and comedienne Roisin Rae's stressing about having her baguette snapped in half at the supermarket; there's lunch with Tosin; the Awkward Exit to the Bedroom in which Daniel wants to make sure the in-laws are comfortable with him sleeping with their daughter in the next room. Fiona thinks he's making too big a deal. But Daniel wants her to appreciate the mental adjustment her parents must make as he takes his place in her bed.
Also, sandwich routes comes from Willow Place, SW1 and Gavin Barber takes Daniel on in the latest Good Looks Challenge. Plus regular favourite TOILET BINGO: Can Superlative C make it four triumphs? This week, the show without a home is back in Clapham where Daniel is taken aback by a rather fishy smell in comedienne Fiona Hardingham's home. Sandwich Routes transports us back to 1989, Belmore Street SW8, where Daniel realises he wasn't actually having sandwiches during his college days.
