Please Don't Hug Me 24

Growing old and they don't like it

20 February 2011

The "Plenty Clean" Episode:Stuart Armstrong, Showering, Self-Diagnosis, Roisin Rae, Windzone Fall out

Please Don't Hug Me is written and produced by TV writer, comedian, Sabotage Times columnist, sometime football journalist and all too often temporary office worker, Daniel Ruiz Tizon. He is joined every week by old school friend and 1980s school sprint champion Micky Boyd, who still believes in him. Each blames the other for the 13-year break in their friendship from 1990 to 2003. When reunited, Daniel found Micky to be an overweight family man, whilst the former sprint champ found Daniel convinced he was one half of Tears For Fears.

Fat Man on a Couch Stuart Armstrong sits in for Daniel and Micky this week, and the North Londoner tells us all about vocalising his showering routine, self-diagnosing his childhood Tourettes and the dos and don'ts of calling friends after work. There's also comedienne and writer Roisin Rae on lazy phrases.

There's also Toilet Bingo: can Gavin Barber become the first champion to successfully defend his title? Is this week's Toilet Bingo devalued by the absence of two-time winner Cindy?

Meanwhile, out on the street, troubled host Daniel challenges not so troubled sidekick Micky about (show) 22.
