Please Don't Hug Me is written and produced by TV writer, comedian, Sabotage Times columnist, sometime football journalist and all too often temporary office worker, Daniel Ruiz Tizon. He is joined every week by old school friend and 1980s school sprint champion Micky Boyd, who still believes in him. Each blames the other for the 13-year break in their friendship from 1990 to 2003.

This week's episode opens with a special message for Tears For Fears dual front man, Curt Smith. There's Ask Boydie; Daniel bemoans the discontinuation of his shampoo and conditioner, which carries echoes of 2000's Blue Band margarine demise; Micky laments his high voice; new feature, 'Rows with my Girlfriends' opens with the Long Valley Road; Daniel apologises to the people of the Seychelles; Fat Man on a Couch Stuart Armstrong is back and this week, North London's finest is talking about the lack of space on the tube; comedienne and writer Roisin Rae is too old for Top Shop; And there's Mickelleneous and Micky's word of the week.
